1. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you can expect your package to arrive within 3-7 business days for domestic orders.

2. What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package to initiate a return. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

We currently only offer shipping within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

4. Can I cancel or modify my order?

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

5. How do I care for my hair claw?

To keep your hair claw looking its best, we recommend avoiding exposure to water, chemicals, and excessive heat. Store it in a cool, dry place when not in use. If necessary, you can gently clean the hair claw with a soft cloth or brush.

6. What should I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number & a photo of the item.  After 30 days we are unable to provide a complete replacement or refund for any products that develop wear-and-tear over time. Please allow 2-3 business days for your inquiry to be reviewed by one of our customer service representatives. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4 PM PST.

7. What happens if my package is lost, stolen, or returned to sender?

SomethingMinty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided for the order. SomethingMinty is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information being provided at checkout.  We cannot refund shipping costs for shipments that are returned to us due to an error in the address provided & returned shipments may be subject to a restocking fee.
